3.4 Account Inactivity

4.2 Withdrawals

Where an account is closed by wwck44 other than for breach of these Terms, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.4 Survival of Clauses

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, anti-money laundering obligations, dispute resolution, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after the closure of your account, regardless of the reason for closure.
